When you book a cruise, register for camp, submit a form, chat with us, or text us, we may collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, booking details (dates, party size, occasion), payment status (payments themselves are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers), waiver information you provide, and messages you send us.

2. How we use it

• To operate your booking: confirmations, waivers, boarding passes, trip reminders, and day-of logistics;
• To respond to your inquiries by email, phone, or text;
• To send occasional marketing emails about our cruises and programs, where you have separately opted in — we never use your mobile number for marketing; text messages are customer-care only (see our SMS Terms & Conditions);
• To meet safety and legal requirements (e.g., passenger manifests, liability waivers).

3. Text messaging & your mobile number

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number solely to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (our SMS carrier partner) or as required by law. Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers that make our business run — payment processing (Stripe), bookings (Bokun), email delivery, SMS delivery (Twilio), and website hosting — each only to perform their service for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention & security

We keep booking, waiver, and manifest records as long as required for legal and safety purposes. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit.

6. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately;
• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email (marketing is email-only — we do not send marketing text messages);
• Access or deletion: contact us and we will help with your data.
